I have to admit my trust in Bungie has dwindled in the past. Whether or not this is the end is up in the air. Offtopic might be big and it sounds like a joke but it wouldn’t be the first sort of purge to happen. If this is the end, let’s end it on some bittersweet memories. If it’s not, let’s just have another Rhynerd thread for the records. Tell me about the moment you took a death and turned it into your favor. Preferably by making a friend for your coffin, but I’ve made exception in previous threads. I’ll start with mine: [spoiler]In Dirty Bomb, matches are determined by either one team completed a set of objectives in a time limit or two teams seeing who can complete a set of objectives the fastest. I think this was the latter. One team was to breach a tunnel and blow up a filtering system to flood it with the river Thames. We were the team that wanted to cause the flood, and we have fought our way to the final objective, but we were having no luck with keeping a bomb planted. We could plant, yes, but then we’d either get sniped or blasted off the point while engineers rushed in. I can’t remember if the last three minutes or the last minute, but we were managing to hold a bomb. I was standing right on the bomb firing every gun I had to keep the engineers off. I went down once, I got revived, the medic and I went down, I landed on top of the bomb, down but not out. With two engineers starting to defuse right on top of me, that would have been game over. Lucky for me I was Nader, and she has an ability called Martyrdom. I set off a and and four things went boom; the first engineer, the second engineer, myself, and the bomb we planted.[/spoiler]
