The game is totally fine before I reset my laptop. Everything is great. But after I installed the game and started it, I noticed there's a huge difference between the video showed on my screen now and before. I checked all of the settings, set it back to 1980p and changed graph quality from custom to high, low and medium. None of these settings worked to fix these two main problems:
LOW FPS and LOW GRAPH QUALITY.
Well texts shown clearly, the graph is so fuzzy and broken, even the cursor moves intermittently. I examine the missing file, check the updates, reinstalled the game and battle net, there's no possible way to fix now . Please help me with it if you can, THANK YOU!
