It's not even OP in PvP... it's good but the top tier stuff like TLW and Ace still win.
If they nerf it, it'll be due to its nasty damage output in PvE
And spectral needed the nerf. It was way too strong and it sucked in PvE before the nerf anyway.

Also depends on which platform it's used on too.

Outbreak damage stacks with how many people are using it... like Rat King. Going against one is nothing. Going against a team of 4 or 6 in Gambit or Crucible is pretty bad.

Unless you're in super, you don't have enough health for the nanites to activate so it doesn't really apply It's a 4 burst kill regardless

On console yeah. On PC they're just like outbreak, good but outclassed by exotic and pinnacle HCs

Pretty sure Blast Furnace and Bygones are still being used on pc.

And they're both as good or better than outbreak. I didn't say they weren't being used. Just that Ace, TLW etc are more prevalent because of lack of bloom

That issue with bloom is kinda what i feel like has got everyone upset at Bungie over the Luna's Howl nerf. Because even the youtubers... which Bungie supposedly listen to have said bloom on console should go. And also kinda proves why the community moderators seem to lack communication with those who posts on the forums.
