As a pvp player I think it's pretty balenced despite me not having it lol.

I thought wormhusk was balanced, spectral blade worked as intended, nothing was wrong with whisper, and why are Luna’s and not forgotten getting nerfed? Those are hard to get weapons, so they should be powerful. Like I said, I’m always hearing “get gud” from pvp hardcores, yet if anything makes them stop running only shotguns they whine and cry until they’re coddled.

I don't know about wormhusk and whisper because I wastnt playing back then but I can tell you lunas and nf and spectral weren't balanced.

Meta balance is when something that has alot of spotlight and is top dog naturally gets a counter. If it requires a nerf or change then it was never truly balanced. Outbreak is actually balanced. It can be countered by other Pulse Rifles, Handcannons, isn't excelling at every range and is pretty fun and likable to use. Its balanced. Honestly PvP its good. And PvE it is probably good as well considering its an exotic and there are alot of primary that can clear raid bosses. Rat King being an example. You don't see that getting nerfed. Whisper was nerfed due to being a heavy that in theory could just run unlimited ammo and deal stupid damage. So they hit the ammo since there was alot to clutch on. What PvE players need to do is stop panicing because if Bungie see's 100 "don't nerf" posts and only the trolly 1 or 3 "nerf posts" Then they will get supsicious why everyone is begging for no nerfs when there are no complaints.

You’re delusional if you think the PvP community got the Whisper nerfed. Bungie nerfed it’s ammo capacity, which has zero effect in PvP. It got nerfed because it was used by everybody in almost every high level PvE activity.
