Door is locked for outbreak prime for me
This is ridiculous! I’m 2 guys I ran the adventure with got to go in the door because it said unlocked, but since mine is locked the outbreak Prime quest wasn’t in the room for me!! Thanks again Bungie!

You can’t get the transponder if you haven’t done the mission where you get the reactor, and then let the Captain live at the end. So you either never did it, or you killed him. You’ll need to run it then let the captain live. You can supposedly pick up that quest leg from Sloan. The Titan vendor.
