It’s ok in my book.
I like to call it Air blast.
Don’t know why.
Purpose: I want to get a general idea of the community’s thoughts and feelings on aspects of the game. And if Bungie does so happen to glance at this post then they can easily see the feedback. :)
Joke: What do you call a sheep 🐑 with no legs?
A cloud.

It's decent. Good for tight corridor shots in PvP. Not so great at long distance. Almost no point in using it in PvE because it should of been a shield busting weapon.
-
Good, but I’d rather use a sniper
-
It feels like a sniper rifle on training mode, but it's still very fun and effective. Makes heavy linear fusions feel even worse though.
-
Maybe with a USEFUL catalyst it will be used more
-
Not too good, not too bad it's fun to use and useful in the Outbreak quest, I give it a 7/10 very fun, exotic looking, good for match game.
-
Nice in the zero hour
-
Good gun but it needs more ammo in PvE only. No ammo buff in PvP.
-
It should just insta-break any elemental shield it touches. Or just pierce right through them.
-
It’s nice to be able to shoot through a Hydra’s shields like you don’t give a poop.

Not worth the exotic slot in PVE...through no fault of its own. Legendary Heavy weapons remain woefully underpowered relative to their exotic counterparts. There is a MASSIVE step down in damage output from Wardcliffe Coil....to Bad Omen. Even if its a "pinnacle" version of that weapon with tracking, Cluster bombs, and a "Boss damage" mod. So Arbalest suffers from the same problem that every other primary or special weapon exotic suffers from in D2: Is this weapon worth NERFING my damage output by forcing me to have to take off an exotic heavy weapon...and go with a legendary counterpart? That answer is almost always "No". ...and the sad fact is that the recent nerf to LMGs has made the situation worse. Because well-rolled legendary LMGs were close enough to Thunderlord in performance, that it was occasionally worth putting down Thunderlord to use one. But now? The only non-heavy Weapon exotic that sees any use in my game is Riskrunner....and only when I need the arc damage-resistance.

Useful for Zero Hour. Best use I found so far. Otherwise. Eh.
-
I wasn't impressed with it. It currently resides in my vault. Also, I saw some people making a comparison to No Land Beyond? I don't see it.
-
Fun to mess around with for 10 mins then it's a dust collector in vault shares shelf with Cerberus darci and sturm Nerf titan roombas that place way to clean after all fighting and being abandoned for so long
-
In my vault
-
I like it and look forward to a master work or ornaments. Just a shame on limited ammo
-
i got it, used it once in a private pvp
-
It was weird at first because no one understood it's application. It's nice in PvP and it's useful in the outbreak perfected quest. They planned for it to be used and designed a mission for it. Good on them.
-
It needs to work on matchgame
-
Personally I can’t stand it. Not worth the exotic slot in pve. PvP there are better rolled snipers also. It’s exotic perk isn’t strong enough on elemental shielding on regular missions and has no niche even running it in nightfall or match game strikes. Very lack luster in terms of fun utility.

It almost feels as though Zero Hour was at least partially created with Arbalest in mind. At max light level it one shots the shielded Fallen Shanks, which is pretty helpful given how many of them appear throughout, especially during the boss fight. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
-
I think Arbalest was a perfectly timed weapon considering it makes Zero Hour zero hard. I really wont be using it for much else.

Bro are u just everywhere on this forum? Ur just everywhere
-
Can I get a D2 baguette?
-
Hi derpytaco! 👋
-
I got 1 shot out of a Super once and it's firerate is ridiculous for a 1-shot "sniper". I haven't attained it but I already dislike it a lot lol.
-
Don’t care for it. Give me Vex Mythoclast!
