So I now understand this is a known issue, but Before I knew, I spent $16 on engrams and got one non-duplicate item. I also understand Bungie intends to compensate those affected by this and will be reaching out to us. But how? Is this being tracked or do we have to claim a refund or get the items we were trying to get. I really want the full armor sets! I’m missing 2 armor items over 3 characters. Thanks for the help!

Hey there, As you already are aware, this is a known issue and Bungie is actively investigating. “[b]Revelry Jubilant Engrams[/b]: We are aware of an issue in which opening Revelry Jubilant Engrams on multiple characters may give duplicate items due to an issue with the knockout list. [b]To avoid this[/b], players should only open Jubilant Engrams on a single character until they receive all of the Engram's items.” As of now, it’s uncertain how Bungie intends on compensating players affected by this issue.
