I'm GLAD that bungie is keeping enhancement cores as infusion in the game. All you soft snowflakes need to realize that you paid to play a game. You are NOT entitled to demand changes. This is exactly why games fail. People think developers should make games the way people want. That's not how business works. If you dont like the way the game is. Simply dont freaking play the game anymore or make your own damn game.
The Coalition is a developer that makes Gears of War. They dont listen to their community. They make the game THEY want and make the tweaks THEY want. They are doing JUST fine AND they are an eSports mainstay like Call of Duty..
To me. THATS a success.. Bungie got too caught up with the power of numbers that it hurt their franchise.. Now they are trying to go back to their roots. The 1st process is getting rid of these snowflakes

The soy is strong with this one.

Do you hear that? It's the sound of everyone muting you. It's a feedback forum and a thread specifically asking for feedback on this topic. I'll take the ban, -blam!- off asshole.
-
Lol I think you are probably the most muted on the forums. Your input doesn’t matter to anyone
-
No, that’s probably reserved for Broken Record...

Edited by massatony: 5/4/2019 12:03:13 AMI would agree with you to some extent. The game is their game. However, the problem with this mob is the way players are treated inconsistently. I get several bag of bolts drop in Prime Gambit someone else gets several of something else. Exotic drops: I get hardly any ( i do get heaps of prime engrams) mate gets very few primes just gets exotics (8 in 2 days). The list goes on and worst of all is their terrible lack of servers. I watch vids of players popping of others in PVP in no time at all. For me It takes a lifetime. On rare occasions for whatever reason I get a glimpse of the rapid TTK....it feels good. I would prefer this shit fixed up before doing anything about enhancement cores! They must know that these problems exist but obviously don't care.

When Bungie goes bankrupt it’ll be people like you that caused it
-
Maybe not caused, but they encourage it.

Neck beard on this one
-
Not sure if satire or serious

you are just trying to hold on to some kind of core based ego. you should stop making yourself look bad.

Edited by it’s-just-Stevo: 5/3/2019 8:19:13 PMYou have no idea how to run a business you don’t target Individuals and push out potential profit. And I would say your on the losing end given the number of posts about the topic . A Side must be taken even if it’s the wrong one

Have you ever worked retail? You’re opinion would be different.
-
in retail we do what each customer wants, if available. "each" or alter the product to be able to accomodate both sides . such as remove cores from infusion for the players that dont want it and let the players that like them do it voluntarilly.
-
It depends on the customers. No intelligently run company will alienate the majority of its customers to serve a tiny percentage of customers. If McDonald's had 500 customers who were demanding that McDonald's drop the menu and serve only food they like at the expense of everyone else, McDonald's would ignore them and let some other companies bend over backward for a customer they will make no money off of. Safe to say, no one would listen to this clown because making less money is not the reason one goes into business. Hell, I have had customers at my job demand we get products for them that none of our customers want. We politely tell them no and if they press or become obnoxious we tell them to leave.
-
your job and my job are very different. im expected to please every customer, if it is physically possible. if it is not then we make it possible for the next time they come.
-
Or just remove them entirely because they are an artificial grind lengthener? Kinda like how Apple removed the home button just to sell it back?
-
I think that YOU are a bungie SHILL
-
And what you have said is 100% correct. And as such Bungie and other developers are NOT entitled to our money. I work too damn hard for mine to hear a entitled snowflake as yourself tell me how I'm not entitled. No one here is telling Bungie how make a game we're here to give feedback on how to make it better. Your logic is backwards I would love to sell you something then tell you your not entitled to have something you spent your hard earned cash on. Have you bought a car, house. How about renting, vacationing? Are you entitled to something if you spend your money on rent, car, etc. If your not getting satisfactory out of anything that you buy. You give feedback correct? You know without it said companies will think whatever that they are doing is ok and that don't have to change. No one is entitled to how Bungie made there game. But we are entitled to give feedback.
-
He doesn't care. His is an idiot who's interest is in shrinking the game because he thinks it will increase Bungie's dependence on the dollars of him and people that think like him. He doesn't understand that if he is in the extreme minority Bungie would rather see him fall into a dark hole and never see the light of day then to alienate majority of its customers and close down its doors.

Edited by Nickel7Dime: 5/3/2019 6:53:19 PMSo what you are saying is you wished D2 was still as it was in its vanilla state? Because according to you by for should never listen to its audience, meaning it would have ignored all the feedback and not given us many of the very good changes that this game was in desperate need of. Also their currently dwindling fanbase, kind of indicates that if they don't start listening, then there won't be a game to make for much longer. This is the issue with your line of thinking, which goes directly against good business. If people are unhappy with your product they don't buy it. There is also the rule that for every person that you actually hear a complaint from, there are many more that have said nothing, and simply left. This means that if you have a huge majority of people who are on your forums telling you it is bad, you likely have an even larger group that has simply walked away, and their current numbers support this idea.
-
Actually... that's exactly how business works. The problem is that you're making the assumption that Cores in Infusion is an issue on a similar level to the kind of music your coffee shop plays or the colour of the chalk you use for your specials board. Y'know, the kind of issue that the owner of said business can easily just brush off because it is so small and insignificant? This is more along the lines of your workers swearing loudly while on the floor, or the regulars who constantly harass other people over seemingly normal things. It's the smell of shit coming from your toilets and wafting into the venue or the menu item that is constantly being served incorrectly. Bungie are acting like shithead cafe owners who keep all those things in their business because "that is what they want", but the reality is that they are just driving more and more customers away from the venue and making them lose money. The easiest thing to do, for all of those problems and for the issue of Cores in Infusion, is to remove them and try something else to ensure the product/venue attracting new customers and keeping older customers locked in. It's common business practices that Bungie and other devs should be adhering to, not this bullshit they're pulling now. This is not 2003, this is 2019. Bungie need to humble the hell up and realise that everyone asking for this just wants to help make the game better and enjoyable.
