Hey all,
A few weeks back, we talked about Enhancement Cores coming from Gunsmith bounties in the TWAB. I wanted to give a quick update on this, as it also involves Mod Components, which have been a topic of discussion as well. Please note- this is all still in development for Season of Opulence, and could change.
• Originally announced in the TWAB, these bounties would cost Gunsmith materials. This has been changed to Glimmer.
• There will be multiple daily bounties to complete, each rewarding one enhancement core and two mod components
• There will be two weekly bounties to complete. These will each grant one enhancement core, one mod (Weapon or Armor), and other materials or reputation/rank points depending on the objective of the bounty.
• Note: When I say rank points, think Valor or Infamy, **not** Glory.
The team is continuing to evaluate feedback over mod components, enhancement cores, and rewards all up. Thank you for the continued feedback. We'll give you updates as we have them.

Obtaining bounties with glimmer - yep all good. Multiple daily bounties for one masterwork core and 2 mod components - yep Two weekly bounties is fine but for ONE masterwork core and ONE mod component! The added bonus of rank/reputation points isn't the focus of why people would want to complete the bounties. They are completing them for the MW cores so for a weekly bounty that I'm sure will require more of a time investment, the reward should be comparable to the effort required. If this was bumped to 3 to 5 MW cores then players potentially would respect the time requirement. As an aside, MW for weapons should be a costly investment since the impact of that stat can have a great impact on gameplay. It would be nice to have the ability to re-roll the masterwork but I'm sure this is to prolong the "god roll grind" to find the right roll AND masterwork for a given weapon. MW for armour is less than useless in game currently and far too expensive. Attempting to balance the MW economy with the introduction of these bounties is good however the reasons to MW armour are little to none.
