Then the guns should of been banned ONLY in QUICKPLAY, and not changed at all otherwise. What's the point in chasing pinnacles in this game?

Pinnacles are meant to be unique rewards with a unique, strong perk. But those perks shouldn't make the guns better than freaking heavy exotics for pvp. A luna/NF can easily kill a thunderlord user in the right hands.
