I gave up trying to get these weapons at all. Even redrix. I got to 4 resets last season and I Played A LOT of comp. I'd get up past 1000 glory and then slide back to zero and back again about 4 times also. The whole seasonal reset for valor is so stupid. 5 resets in one season is absurd.
Enjoy the sweat fest that is all modes of crucible. I'm off playing BL2. I won't come back to D2 until they change the crucible meta. So 6-9 months? If they tweaked the sandbox every couple of months they could retain a lot more players.
Im also against nerfing these weapons. Buff other weapons to make them more competitive!

I assume their connections, regions and etc just don’t match up with background coding that dictates performance and wins in D2 PvP. Just flat out bad luck to be in that spot. It results in one team of randoms finishing with KDs between 3.0+ and 1.67 from top to bottom against another team of randoms finishing with KDs between 1.0 and .27 from top to bottom.

This has been my experience in comp. every once in awhile I'll get matched w a good team that steamrolls everyone and I'll have a 2.0+ KD as well. The majority of the time though my entire team is sub 1.0kd and the other is all over 2.0kd. Something up w that, especially when it's not a stacked team. I'm not a great player but I'm not terrible either. I'm good enough to go positive in comp but unfortunately that doesn't matter at all for glory progression. A Strict KD requirement would be a better metric and require more personal skill to obtain a pinnacle weapon IMO. Being forced to luck out with randos would be fine too if you didn't lose Glory.
