There's going to be no bloom or crazy recoil on them. They will be 150 RPM handcannons with the same recoil and animation as they had in their 180 state. The only thing that is changing is the RPM, which only lengthens the ttk by 0.13 seconds, which is hardly noticeable unless you were accustomed to spamming Luna's before. Seriously, calm down, it's not even that big of a nerf.
