Announcer: ”Drop commences in 2 minutes.”
Ajax walks over to Slip, watching Alpha team drop from orbit. “You good dude?” Ajax says, concerned.
“Yeah. I’m just worried that the operation will fall flat on its face. The 6-4 is taking way to many risks nowadays.” Slip said, concerned.
“I agree, but if we don’t do this, all the Civilians down there will die. All the Militia forces will die. That makes it worth it in my opinion.” Ajax says, looking down at the viewport with Slip.
“I understand. But it just seems really dangerous down there. I don’t want to lose more people than we already have.” Slip says, trying to make a point.
“Well no shit it’s dangerous. But I believe we are paying you for this, correct?” Scout says, walking over to the pair.
“Ya, but last time-“
“What about last time?” Scout Says with a questioning tone.
“Last time we worked with you, we lost a quarter of our forces. If you hadn’t been able to pull that out of your ass at the last second Demeter would have been a massive defeat.” Ajax said, angrily.
Scout puts his cold, robotic hand on Ajax. “I understand it’s hard. But this will not be like Demeter.”
“Easy for you to say, you guys won that one.” Ajax bites back.
“At what cost!” Scout says, raising his voice. “I lost many close friends in that battle. People I had known for years. Turned into nothing but pink mist and ash. I’ll be dammed if I let these innocent civilians die down there!” Scout yells.
Almost on queue, Slip and Ajax watch Book’s Tone get shot down.
“HOLY SHIT!” Slip screams, distraught.
“Oh no” Ajax gulps
Scout sees the smoke of the explosion and the pieces fall, utterly speechless.

Badger and Sol are arguing over a G2 rifle at the armory.
“Oh my god Badger they are literally the same gun” Sol says, tired of Badgers antics.
“Yeah but this one has less scratches! That makes it infinitely better.” Badger complains back.
“Badger, I swear to god I will literally put a bullet through your head if you don’t shut the fućk up.” Sol says, as he reaches for his pistol.
As Sol is doing this, Cobalt walks up to the two arguing
“Woah people, chill the F out.” Cobalt says, surprised by the two teammates arguing.
Badger looks at Sol, than looks at Cobalt, then looks at Sol.
“Who are you again?” Badger and Sol say in perfect unison.
“Names CrazyCobaltMan. Short, sweet, rolls off the tongue. Ladies love it” Cobalt says with a grin.
“Do they?” Sol questions, glaring over at Tex, who is talking with Trump.
“They will! Well, they probably will...” Cobalt says, clearly unsure about himself.
Announcer: Drop in 1 minute.
Sol looks at Badger, and shoves the unscratched G2 from the rack.
“Fine, take it. Your going to need it, if your going to survive longer than 5 seconds down there.” Sol Says with a annoying smirk, taking the scratched G2 from the rack.
“Fućk you too, bitćh!” Badger yells over at Sol, who is walking away to his Ronin class Titan.
Badger looks over at Cobalt, who is checking his gear.
“Aren’t you gonna go grab a gun from the Armory?” Badger Says, confused. But then notices a weird but familiar looking rifle on Cobalt’s back.
“Nope got my own. Custom made.” Cobalt says, with a hint of a smile forming at the edge of his lips from pride.
“No way, is that a HAVOC with a custom underslung Charge Rifle?” Badger Says, in awe.
“Yep, now we better get to our Titans. Nice meeting you, Badger.” Cobalt says, walking to his docked Titan.
“Nice meeting you to...” Badger Says, noticing his is standing alone.
Announcer: Drop commences in 30 Seconds. All Pilots, get to your Titans.
“Welp, here we go” Badger says to himself, as he walks over and begins climbing the ladder to his own Ronin, G2 slung on his back.
As Badger is climbing into his Titan, he notices the deeply nervous looking looks on Ajax’s and Slip’s faces. Not thinking anything of it, he boots up his Titan.
Ronin AI: The Sword is yours, Pilot.
“At least someone likes me.” Badger Says with a sigh.
Announcer: Drop in five, four, three, two, one!
Badger is momentarily caught unaware bye the sudden speed and drop of the Titanfall, and quickly refocuses.
“Alright boys, Hourglass just radioed in. They’ve got Anti Aircraft Guns down there, but we have a detachment of Alpha team working on that.” Commander Sanders says on the comms from their orbiting cruiser.
Badger looks around the viewport of his Titan, and sees 3 squads of 10 Titans each falling in different locations quite a distance away from the second friendly cruiser, The Tundra
“Godspeed, Pilots, Godspeed.” Badger quietly mutters. He quickly looks down at the IMC Anti-Aircraft Base, and notices Titan Combat and some small explosions.
“I really hope is our guys winning down there.” Badger Says, as he keeps watching the base. He begins to see a Strange blue energy building up near the top of the base.
“What. The. Fućk. Is. That.” Badger Says, curious and nervous.
The strange Blue energy begins Spiking upwards, and sucking itself into a vortex. Badger realizes what this is a second too late.
Ajax, Scout, and Badger yell almost simultaneously.
“EMP!”
The Electric Blue wave wash’s over everyone currently in the air, sending people flying off course with blue sparks all over their chassis.
Badger’s Viewport’s screen is very fuzzy, but he makes out a thin Ronin Class collide with a Scorch, sending the Scorch careening off course.
Badger’s eyes begin to close as he is about to pass out.
His last thoughts before landing is of how much he has messed up in his life, and if he will every be able to reconcile with his sins in the afterlife.
As he faintly hears the air getting sharper, indicating he is about to land, he manages to slip out two words.
“Oh shit”
