How many people and how long does it take to create a single strike?
Just trying to gain some perspective.
Thanks!
EDIT: Removed "decent" before strike. The adjective wasn't exactly necessary.

Edited by ││█║▌│: 4/16/2019 11:08:19 PMThe map design process and event creation will be what takes them the longest, because most assets/textures will already be available to them, and bosses are typically just enlarged versions of regular enemies. That's just a simple break down, and I'm very aware that there is more to it, but not that much more and it really shouldn't take that long, at least not with good hardware and software. However, if rumors are true, Bungie's hardware and software are way below par. EDIT: And by rumor, I mean Bungie themselves have complained about it, but you never know if it is just an excuse.

You have caught Swoletheon’s attention. Why are you so curious about strikes?

Oohhhh now that's the 100million dollars question!

So vague, whats a decent strike? If you have one in mind, just ask them how long it took to make "the inverted spire" or one that you think is "decent"

New new or rehash new ?

Edited by Pure: 4/16/2019 11:02:50 PMa long time, genuinely, just like a story mission, it needs a new/unique set piece, new mechanics, dialogue, writing..bosses... etc.

You don't like any of the strikes? Or are you asking why there haven't been new ones in the pass?...because that question has been answered.
