Yes per character. I feel no incentive to play multiple characters. Many of my friends on play 1 character these days.

I feel you with the limited amount of content and a season based around only gambit grinding 3 characters a week isn't only a drag but kind of pointless.

Yeah. Plus cross infusing armor isn’t a thing between classes.

And if you don’t play that many characters, you don’t need as many cores to masterwork multiple sets of gear and infuse multiple sets of gear for each character.

Stop backing Bungie up. The majority or the community wants them removed.
