DMG, apparently they are not listening to any community about the cores. So that whole were listening thing is bullshit. Just remove the cores from infusion and leave them for masterworking items. Problem solved. Shouldn't be that hard at all. After all, that's the way it was at first. Not listening to the community and ignoring very LOUD feedback is a great way to spit in the face of your players and for them to tell the designers where to go. Don't playcate the base. Their leaving in droves as we speak.
