Competing a full raid should give you 8-10 enhancements cores.
Public events 1. Heroic 2
Ascendant challenge 3
Strikes 15-20% chance
Lost sectors/COMP-QP crucible a 5% CHANCE of dropping a core.

IMO, they should be a garunteed drop from all those activities. Don't make cores tied to RnG any more than they are with dismantling, that will open up a world of hell like we've never seen on these forums lol.

I second this. They need a variety of ways to drop then just bounties.
