If you call waiting for free updates suffering then sure
I don't remember the annual pass being free? I guess the emotes are free too now?
Not much different than when a store does a remodel but as a result customers at the time can’t get the convenient shopping experience they are used to till it finishes
Yea, but i don't typically buy an annual pass to use a store.
Most emotes cost you nothing but bright dust, so the majority yes if free. Annual pass yes is basically the premium content, but every sandbox update, arc week , revelry, heck a few more things on that roadmap cost nothing but time. Again Bungie is not nearly as big of a company as people believe.

I weep for the future.
If you weep it’s only due to being blind in one eye. They are going through a transitional period so it’ll take time for them to level out. I can at least give them that. Considering the transition isn’t as simple as the conversation we are having. The changes upcoming are in no way lackluster and unneeded. They could’ve said screw the roadmap but they didn’t. I won’t ignore their wrongs, but that doesn’t mean I should ignore their rights as well.
They could’ve said screw the roadmap but they didn’t.
Well, no they couldn't. As this would've been breach of contract and everyone would have been entitled to a refund for the annual pass. Edit: Not to mention most of the content was probably already developed by the time they released the road map.

Because the roadmap take priority.

 • The community has never received the immediacy it demands because Bungie is incapable, roadmap or not.

 •
The community has never received the immediacy it demands because Bungie is incapable, roadmap or not.
Then you ripped the eye out again. It can’t because of logistics. 750 workers would seem like a lot if they all worked on exactly the same thing. If you read the first chapter of a book and then the description on the back you can figure out basically what’s going on. However you’ll still miss the whole story. I don’t expect Bungie to work as fast as Ubisoft, blizzard, or even Square Enix not with the limited sources they have.

 •
Never said I read the whole story, just more chapters. Waiting on more volumes.
Ya, i'm sure buddy. And where did you acquire these "chapters"? Polygon?... Stop parading yourself around these forums like you know anything about the intricacies of Bungie because you don't.

But if you think I’m parading, aren’t you doing the same? Just a different side of the coin?

 •
Basic logistics and business practices.
That undergraduate degree in business administration isn't going to get you far.

Just a different side of the coin.” Also I just read the stuff and study it for the sake of curiosity. You can find the books online.

 •
I like how you replied to that but not the “if I’m parading aren’t you doing the same? Just a different side of the coin.”
Everything i've said in this thread is true. And everything that you've said to defend was slated in your ignorance of Bungie's inner workings. Every defensive position you've taken has been slated in your assumptions of Bungie. Nothing I have said has been an assumption.
Also I just read the stuff and study it for the sake of curiosity. You can find the books online.
What "stuff"? What books? You're so vague, its really hard to take your seriously.

 • Everything I stated is true too though, the lack of employees, paying for the IP, prioritizing the roadmap, hiring more employees. Etc Some of what I said, sure is speculation, but so is assuming that every error is based on incompetence. That’s like saying every success was perfectly planned. Sometimes crap just happens, other times you get lucky. I’m not defending I’m simply stating that there is more to it. I’m not going to bash something without taking into account what they did correctly, I’m not going to praise something without expressing there errors. But I’ll always acknowledge both.
