@Cozmo you guys did a great job with the stormcaller buff but i was actually confused to why the sandbox team made arc web and chain lighting recharge only grenade energy and not both grenade and melee since "transcendance" is a perk that relies on both abilities charged in order to synergize better and also all of the Warlock's forsaken class actually have ways to recharge all of their abilities even attunement of element recharges melee and grenades energy upon inflicting melee damage, so basically what i'm getting at is why didn't they follow the trend ?
