Because I really like the helmet but don't want to play code of the missile or the one with shockwave just to have a shoulder charge benefit. Also, the melee on code of juggernaut gets changed next week so the skullfort gets almost useless there.
I would like to be able to use it with shield bash and hammer strike or the overshield melee attack from the bubble skilltree.
Also the perks could vary. I have something like this in mind:
Ark melee kills regain health and melee charge
Solar kills grant melee recharge and hits grant a slowdown effect (for a short time)
Void kills grant melee recharge and melee bonuses stay longer (overshield, void marker and shield bash flash)
This helmet could change up melee gameplay for titans so much.
Right now the only good exotic for melee is synthozeps for longer range and melee/super damage buff while surrounded...
Common Bungie, Titans are the melee class... Give us some more varity on all the melee exotics.

Please understand how Rock paper Scissors balance works in relation to other subclasses before posting. It's obvious that you didn't really do your research on how this would affect other subclasses with perks that are already present.

If you use code of the missile with skull fort, then you can get your super back in under a minute if ads are scarce. But if you could use infinite melting points, that would be amazing.
