GiPMokhtari#1378 31 Year old father of 3. Busting my butt every day, finally build myself a 1,500.00 computer. Push through all of Destiny 2 and was hooked. Enthralled, overjoyed, hell I was laughing so hard at times my children probably thought I was possessed. Yes children.....yes. To say that Destiny 2 has scratched the much needed "itch" I have been so diligently trying to reach was finally in my grasp, and "Oh DAMN IT FEELS GOOD BABY"! I've spent 14 years playing WoW and Bungies / Activisions games. Square Enix, Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Pit Fall, Tetris, Donkey Kong, 13" plate sized floppy disc version of Conan and and just damn ..... so many good memories. So when Destiny 2 fulfilled that little nitch I have been so desperatley craving and asked me to cough up almost 100$ for the Xpansion and Seasion pass I pulled out my debit card and looked at my kids and said, "Today, today is daddies day"! My kids love sitting by me watching dad take on bad guys and saving the galaxy, slaying dragons, and saving the princess. When I got on today and pressed "enter" on my login screen. It said I was "banned" The feeling that came over me was so intense it could be felt by my children. I don't let a lot of things get to me. I don't get that luxury these days. But that. After dedicating myself, and choosing to spend my time and money on something other than my children for once like my wife buying shoes or make up when I could supply every girl scout in America with their very own "kardashian" make up look alike bags for free shoes to match. Being visably that upset, and that being noticable also to my children. Actually upset me so much I started to shake. It's been awhile now and have since IMMENSLEY calmed down. But this utter discontent for any reason as to "why" this has happened. I don't cheat, I don't buy, I don't stream, I don't bug, I play more casual than most. I've never been banned in my life. You can understand my frustration. Looking further into the matter I realise this is an on-going issue with a lot of people. Is it because I use "no-firewall" no windows protector. Is it because I run my computer on bare programs and nothing more. I have NEVER posted in a forum or any site for that matter. I have no social media besides Facebook and less than 100 friends all family. So for me to post here, right now really does show the MAGNITUDE of how upset I am. I love this game. But to say I'm going to spend Another 100$ on Destiny 2. You've got another thing coming. Which is sad. I loved it. But I am not sorry for something I have not done. Want an answer for as to WHY my account was banned, and whatever reason you give me I'm going to tell you No. Your mistaken. For once in your life you are mistaken.I would like someone to call me who is a representative of bungie .This daddy will not budge. I apologise also for my demeanour on this subject to all you kind people, I mean and want only the best for all people in this world. Thank you.

Will the ban wave ever end? Stay tuned to bungie.net to find out!

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. Edited by Azghul Drake: 4/3/2019 10:46:17 PMTo be very honest with you even when it hurts ( which i understand) Bungie don’t care about this I'm also experiencing the same thing that you are, and in my experience ,every thing you get here are links to the eula and policy followed by Troll posts along with posts that say how great bungie is and that they never ever in eternity make mistake And rarely some who really try to help you And bcs its in the policy and eula they can do what they want ( i just say south park apple episode For a comedic example of this ) You will never got Anny official answer here. It's their policy to ignore ban posts on the help forum bcs their policy states that there is no way to appeal the ban or discuss it the employes cant help you even when they want. i would never ask one to risk theyre jobs for this I think some of these bans are unwarranted. But some are truly rightfull And you don’t have to activily cheat to get banned the existence of something that could eventually in rare circumstances maybe could do something with D2 is probably enough to get you banned. For example, an ambient light software that behave and seems like an aimbot might get you banned, as it probably did in my case. If the employee tasked with assessing these flags doesn't research these processes, they might assume that you are cheating and they will ban you. We can not blame them for that, they only do their work and are only human the lack of comunication is what bothers me on this cases bcs if this would be made the right way it could help improving the Anti-Cheat in the future and will prevent from ´´missinterpretations´´ ( excample above) in the future keeping good players in Destiny so it can be there for a while i wish for it I'm telling you all of this to help you understand your situation. I don't want to be mean. If you believe Bungie has mistakenly banned you, tweet at them and ask them to review their process and the recent account bans politely. We need to bring light to the fact that this isn't just a case of a hacker being caught and then airing their displeasure in a public forum.i done this mistake and i trying to corect this so dont be like me be better. PS: sry for the copy and paste posting but i think i cannot formulate this better without beeing mean ( or banned again ;P ) and i even needed help for this one
