I remember back in Y1 I discovered Crimson, and it was my baby. I brought it to PVE, I brought it to PVP, I couldn't put it down because it just felt so good after that warmind-era buff.
But it's Y2. Crimson is a 110 archetype that does less damage than a 110. How come it was forgotten about when the 110s got their boost?
I just wanna see my good boi taken care of, that's all.

Crimson is definitely not a 110 its alot higher like 400ish. Crimson can beat out most 180's except Luna/NF and service revolver. The only way crimson loses out is if you miss any shots from the burst which pretty much settles the gunfight.

Crimson, Graviton and Vigilance Wing all got left behind and are pretty meh now. I'm always hoping for a Crimson buss cause I used the hell out of that for all of Warmind.

Being a huge fan of hand cannons and pulse rifles, Crimson sounds like something I should love, but I don't. I used it to get my Ace of Spades, but it never found a long term home in my loadout. I'd support a buff though. Ill always support a buff.

All Crimson is a hand cannon version of D1's red death pulse rifle :P It's a Y1 weapon so naturally by Y2 it would be left behind because of the newer weapons, that is how Bungie works when they bring out a new DLC/Expansion or a new Season the older weapons and armors are useless and are basically scrapped... Sad but true :(

With Masterwork, the range makes it viable. Considering it is much easier to use than other 110s and heals you on kills, I guess a damage buff would make it too good? Not that I’d turn my nose up at a damage buff for Crimson though, I also love he gun, especially with the most recent ornament!
