It wasn't every day he ran across a little girl and her twenty five year old sister hiding in a locker. Malex's Ghost spoke up Peacemaker: I'm sorry, did you call that little girl, guardian? Random Ghost: Yes, she's my guardian. Do you have a problem with that? Peacemaker: Nope, no problem at all. Malex reached out his hand to the little girl, but she only buried her face into her sisters chest. Malex pulled his hand back. He pulled off his hood and took off his helmet. Malex: Hey it's okay, I'm not a fallen, I'm a human. Just like you. The little girl turned around, Malex reached out again. This time the little girl didn't turn back to her sister. Malex: My name is Malex. What's your name? Lillie: M-my name is L-Lillie. Malex: Well hello Lillie, would you like to step out of the locker? I can get you to safety. Lillie nodded and took Malex's hand, Malex gently pulled her close and wrapped her in a hug. Lille buried herself into his chest plate and began to cry. Malex: Shh, hey it's okay Lillie I'll get you and your sister somewhere safe okay? Lillie nodded Malex lifted her up and looked at the woman, he held Lillie in one arm and offered his right hand to the woman. Malex: Ma'am, may I help you up? Woman: Yes. And my name is May Malex: Nice to meet you May, may I ask what happened? May took his hand May: Well, a few days ago this ghost chose my little sister to be her guardian. Daddy was so proud. But then this guy comes up to us and says he wants to take Lillie away, to train of course. Daddy didn't like him so he said no. I thought that was the end of it, but he followed us. Cleared out this entire cave just so he could have somewhere to trap us. Daddy hid us in that locker and, oh my gosh! She put her hand over her mouth in horror at the sight of her father's body. Malex tried to cover Lillie's eyes but it was too late. She began crying, tears streaming down her face as she screamed. She began to get hot, then hotter, then burning. Then her body erupted into solar flame. No Hammer of Sol, no Golden Gun, no Dawnblade. Just the pure fire of her rage. Malex let go of May's hand and cast his Golden Gun. Not to use, but to ignite his own fire. His burned just as hot, he was able to hold her close. Malex: Lillie! I need you to calm down! Lillie: MY DADDY'S DEAD!!! Malex: I know, I know. But being angry won't bring him back. Would he want to see you like this? Lillie: N-no Malex: So just take a deep breath, and calm down. Lillie took a few breaths, and her fire began to weaken. Malex allowed his to faze out with hers and soon, the last few sparks floated down to their feet. Malex: There, feel better? Lillie: A little Malex turned to face May Malex: You okay? May looked past her father and saw the dead dredgen. May: Is he...Did you...? Malex nodded May: Thank you Malex nodded Malex: Peacemaker, bring the ship around. It's time to go home. 15 minutes later The Threat Display touched down on the hanger deck. Ikora and Holliday were waiting. Malex, Lillie, and May transmatted down. Ikora knelt Malex: Lillie, this is miss Rey. She's gonna take care of you for a while. Ikora: Hello Lillie Lillie shyly walked up to Ikora and took her hand. Ikora stood.
