This is going to be a rant so prepare yourselves. I spent most of the Season of the Forge getting Whisper of the Worm, upgrading it. Upgrading Sleeper Simulant. I also found helmets and class items that give reserve ammo to all of the different heavy weapon types. Found a near-god roll Crooked Fang. This is all after spending more money on a video game than I have in my life, base game plus the first two expansions(Curse of Osiris = garbage, Warmind = an improvement, Forsaken(worth it), Annual Pass(not sure if it's worth it). Season of the Drifter goes live and in one day: 1)I am 50 points under max level. 2)My trusty Crooked Fang is rendered nearly useless. 3)Whisper which I don't use very often but put a lot of work into upgrading has half of it's bullets stolen. 4)Sleeper also has some of it's ammo stolen, ammo reserves I worked hard to attain. 5)All those armor pieces I patiently waited for are almost useless. I have to admit I was pretty angry when I totaled up everything that was nerfed in Season of the Drifter. As a huge Gambit fan I was a little disappointed in Gambit Prime/The Reckoning. I still like the original Gambit better, it's more of a level playing field.
