Now you see, this is an issue. While I understand, they don’t want their precious collectible stuff ending up on eBay (even though some of it will anyway), I had this thing recently, and it bothered me.
I ordered my Last Word shirt. Beautiful, by the way. But Bungie has this problem where they buy women’s shirts from a vendor who...I guess they don’t understand that fat people can also be tall, so like a 2XL, is too short (even though XL in any other brand fits fine, I always order super large because Bungie). I contacted support, they offered to let me return or exchange it, which is great (except I’d have to pay to ship it back, after I already paid to ship it to me), and I asked why I couldn’t just buy another.
“To keep Bungie Rewards exclusive of in-game achievements, we only allow one reward code per account”. Yo. I feel like if I did that quest three times, once on each character, I should be able to buy three shirts (full disclosure: in D1, I did all the quests on all three characters, but it’s just not as fun now. I’ve finished everything except Thorn on at least one, excluding PvP pinnacle weapons, you know?). If it meant I could buy another shirt (because for real, my Warlock shirt got bleach or something on it right after I got it, for example), I could totally snap out another quest completion. I digress.
The reason for restricting purchases seems...just dumb. Limit it to three, or as many active characters as a player has. But one? Stupid.

Their sizing is a bit off. But more annoying is the quality of the shirt. The current vendor uses crap materials. I have Halo 2 shirts from the Bungie store that are still functional shirts. Whereas, my Age of Triumph shirts (Blue and White) are little more than an oil soaked rags in my truck utility box.
