The amount of ways you get Enhancement Cores is not the problem. It's how wasteful using them for infusion is.
Even if you have a few spare your left in limbo as to when you use them. What if your next two powerful drops in the same slot but you infused on the first drop. It's a waste. Until your drops are at the power cap it's a flawed system I believe.
And you can rarely use them to actually master work anything. I hope this comes across as constructive criticism as that's my intention.

Correct the only problem I see with cores is the current system incentivized you to wait until you have all your rewards for the week THEN infuse. That’s the issue. You either wait or do it inefficiently. I don’t have a problem with cores themselves
