I have perhaps one or two friends that play this game, and i’m not really that invested to spend time on an lfg to find people. However, when i do, say play comp, I’ve been repeatedly matched against stacks of 4, to which then there was an inevitable defeat. Parties of 4 should be matched with similar parties of 4 (or are there not that many players in this game?)
Edit: (To include a general comment I made earlier)
I would like to make it aware that I acknowledge that large teams do not equate to godhood. My main concern is the difference between the teams availability of communication. It may be bad luck with matchmaking on my part but I’ve intercepted many flanks that could have been avoided with a single location callout. Joining an LFG is not an option for me as many websites are dead, and most of the recruiters (like people on the app) often request highly skilled players, which I may say I am roughly average on most accounts.
There’s also the fact that there is a growing obligation to play competitive in order to match the large number of pinnacle weapon users in quickplay. This is expectably true as many quests request gambit or crucible participation in some form or fashion

if you are not doing the things to gain advantage then you are not being "competitive".
