The confirmation that this was SOLELY BUNGIE'S error was that my spotify along with all the other network apps on my ps4 was functioning fine EXCEPT DESTINY

Spotify is streaming audio, so if you're having stability issues and are losing packets, the worst you might notice in Spotify is a brief drop in audio quality, and even then, it might not be noticable. That same packet loss, however, is enough to get you disconnected from Destiny. There are no servers. [b]You[/b] are the server.
