Gambit Penalties and Matchmaking after Players Leave
Listen, I appreciate the idea behind the quit penalty. I agree with it, under ideal circumstances. However, there has to be a way to factor in a means of accounting for situations that aren’t ideal.
I just loaded into a match. One member left right away. Maybe they couldn’t leave before their last match ended (not loading into another match immediately would solve this, as it would with forges!). Player three saw player four left- ditches. My friend and I are left facing the opposing team. It’s an absolutely MISERABLE experience. AND NO ONE ELSE EVER JOINED.
This happens a lot more than I like. Daily. Not exaggerating. I should be able to just leave in a case like this, without penalty. I don’t care about rewards; maybe I’ve already gotten them.
Give it some thought. If it happens to me this much, it probably happens to other players too.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
