Could there be more entities like the Nine in other solar systems? (SPOILERS
if our Solar System [i]is[/i] the Nine, then could other systems (such as the system the Eliksni came from) have their own version of the Nine? or at least, a group of entities similar to the Nine?

Yes. The dust fills all space, and the loops form wherever there is a celestial body to form them with gravity. The Nine are probably on a higher level of…sentience?…because of the effects of the Light, Darkness, and Ahamkara.
