So I was doing my second play through on my warlock character and I got the the part before you have to complete "High Plains Blues". I was speaking to Ikora and she mentioned something that got my gears grinding. She says that ever since the traveler awoke again its been sending her visions of crowns, roses, and silver trees.
Im gonna go out on a limb and say that the crown represents the shattered throne and Savathun's claim to the throne.
The roses could represent thorn, rose being the original name of the gun.
And the silver trees being the trees we can see in the ascendent realm.
Am I looking too deep? Thoughts?

Edited by Grays_KS27: 3/5/2019 5:06:04 PMThe roses and the silver trees are part of long-running lore of a ”garden.” The Traveler (called the Gardener), tends to the roses in the garden, pulling out weeds and ignorant to all other things. The silver tree of Ruin is at the center of the garden. Basically if death or the Darkness were a tree, it would be that tree. A thanatonaught once had a vision where he was in a beatiful rose garden. One of the roses looked like a Ghost and called him a dead thing. He touched one of the roses and cut his finger on a thorn, and Light bled out. When he awoke, his finger was still cut, and it never healed. However, this mission seems to stray from that idea a little. The silver trees were from the Traveler and filled with Light. The crowns, roses, and trees were probably all being used symbolically in general, and not for any one specific thing.
