The second step is honestly informing them. Let us know what is going on exactly with changes, don't hide the bad information or facts, especially when it will effect our gameplay.
With recent changes to the controversial "Rigged" XP system, it shows you are listening, and we much as I appreciate that we also expect a proper informative response. You let us know you would remove the XP cuts from farming activities, etc. However, you failed to inform us you were also cutting XP gains across the board to make up for it. Fixing the system was like taking a knife out of our gut and apologizing for putting in there, but halving all gains and not telling us was pretty much stabbing us in the back with that knife you just pulled out and walking away without saying a word.
Look at it this way. If you were or are a parent and your child came up to you with an issue would you simply say you're listening and hide behind closed doors for weeks before finally saying something in response but not say what exactly you're doing to solve said issue. Or would you act immediately, honestly and effectively to solve the problem while being informative with your child along the way?
Odds are I know this post will not get answered but Bungie, if you do read this just leave a reply. Let us know you're here.

Listen to this! You need to stop penalizing for exited matches. People have crashes sometimes for no reason, and to be penalized for that is ridiculous.
