Man I could have swore there was a gun quest when Gambit first came out that had many of us living in Gambit looking for a meatball.
Once again they come up with the idea to have everything linked to Gambit.
It's the season of the drifter you say? Gambit was expected ? How about maybe something actually new ? Not a reskins of a already bland game mode forced upon us.
Bungie doesn't understand that pretending the new gear is worth playing the same task over and over isn't fun. It's Forced and pathetic .
A grind in a game needs to feel rewarding. Nothing in this game feels rewarding. Only the very few that can convince themselfs they have to play til they have every worthless version of everything in their banks can keep playing this game.
They don't respect our gaming time. No matter how long you play this game. The gear you spent so much time on will be worthless as soon as they decide it's time for another worthless item.

One exotic gun linked to a new game mode that came out at the same time as Forsaken but everything is somehow linked to gambit.

This sucks no more luna and redrix

Well, you will be able to buy most likely very cool items from Eververse for extra cash. There will be a new item each week so Eververse will have all of the new content you can hope to grind for ( by throwing money at the screen). R.I.P.

Can't take people who haven't played in months seriously.

No reason to play. I moved on to games that were fun. And you can leave this game for years and still come back to the same give and take. Nerf and sale BS

I think the Gambit Prime is pretty new concept. Single round, different map. It is not a reskin by far. And with how they go with the concept of roles in specific game mode define by specific armor, it's actually really rewarding. It will make the grind worth it, cause we know this armor set will have perks that specific for Gambit. And with this concept, even when the next expansion come, the armor will stay relevant. So.. I am a little confused about your complaint, Bungie actuality gives most of those. But yeah.. It's just my opinion.

Edited by W33DEDPLAGUE: 3/1/2019 4:08:31 AMOpinions...funny how everyone has one and most mistake them for fact. I play because I find the game fun, shocker. Why would anyone be surprised at what this dlc/season is based on? BTW, "The Reckoning" sounds like it has VERY LITTLE in common with gambit, other than earning gear that helps out there, but sure, everybody judge the dlc based on a trailer and don't wait and see for yourself, only fools would do that right?

If you find D2 fun, then your not in the majority. You and bungie will soon see that. They still living off the money the got when we all thought we bought D2.. a continuation of D1. The won't get people to bite on any more dlcs . Let alone a D3. No way if they make a D3 it presales worth a shit.

That quest and getting to “Dredgen” is probably responsible for a lot of us never wanting to play Gambit again.

Edited by CannyJack: 3/1/2019 2:21:18 PMTo the best of my recollection, I haven't played Gambit since late November (after getting Breakneck). I've just played too much Gambit to be interested in any more, no matter what they change.
