Well all I can say for those who want to defend this garbage ................. welcome to the season of the corporate parasite.
Bungie you should not just hang your head in shame you should be refunding every gamer that you screwed over or scammed with this trash

It is terrible watching this happen but you know they are all "corporate parasites" EA made pay to win Star Wars... Legit ruined that franchise and said "f u" the the whole community when they were called out Tencent added pay win multiplayer in Red Dead Redemption 2 pretty much ruining the whole desire to be online. ..... i am just as angry man When EA makes 22 billion on free games then it makes me a lil sad... But we gave them this power by never paying full attention to this. How you end the parasite? You starve it... A parasite can only work as such when it has a host .. seeing that no one will starve the whole Game community into changing then what can we do? Conclusion... I like this game, even with its flaws, it makes me dive into a world they created.... Can MANY THINGS CHANGE? YES but they are not going to and we already know that after a five year ordeal with this We yell what we think is wrong, They look at it and fix the weirdest part of it but it was not what we were yelling for and we come back and yell more. Really man what can we do? Either enjoy it or we gotta leave it. I am trying to enjoy it. At leas there are less transactions now... Lets Hope Obsidian makes our lives great with "Outer Worlds"

Bungie seem to have been able to make itself into a black hole somehow. I’m not even sure that’s legal to not be contactable whatsoever.

That's what I am getting at. Regardless, it is flat wrong. Seriously, what makes them think they are above reproach? What makes them think that as a company selling a product, they should not have any level of customer service that can be reached in ANY way? And don't say the forums like they prescribe. We know they don't monitor or reply to anything here.

They don’t and they can’t be reached. Seriously they are completely un contactable.

It is a really bad look. Smacks of arrogance and at minimum them knowing they have serious problems that they cannot or do not want to be held to account for.
