These comments are why people hate this community. These forums are disgusting.

These forums are a shit show. Always have been. One thing I am 100% sure of is I enjoyed this game much more before I stumbled into this place. Not sure what I was thinking.
-
With you on this 100%. Admittedly I don't really "get into" big game communities and I know there are worse out there, but this one is the worst I've been "a part of".

Edited by SUPER-RED-FALCON: 2/28/2019 9:53:24 PMYeah, I think after today I won't bother returning to the forums. I've never seen such a scathing reaction when Season of the Drifter already looks way better than Black Armory. I can admit that I didn't have high expectations originally, but after today's video I'm actually really excited for the next season.

Working as intended. Bungie marketing magic team. That is the textbook response they were looking for. Having said that I prefer to judge it after experiencing it as well. Bungie actually has alot to do with how this community developed.
-
That’s because you still believe the hype. That’s what Bungie targets with their commercials. 🎣
-
I like the look of the new content. I've already purchased the content. I might as well ENJOY the content.
-
"I already paid for something it can't be bad."

Edited by SUPER-RED-FALCON: 3/6/2019 2:58:44 PMI am enjoying the new content regardless of financial cost.
-
Fair enough.
-
Better than Black Armory. I guess you’re right. When the bar is that high...
-
I dunno dude content looks about the same as BA. But I guess we’ll figure that out once the content actually drops
-
Actually if you aren’t antisocial, arrogant, or a troll the Destiny community is a vast and positive sea of cool people having fun. The forums are where people are supposed to post feedback for Bungie. If no one wants to post positive feedback then it’s going to become prevailingly negative. Bungie is earning the negative feedback they receive. It’s up to them to deal with it. No one forced you to read or reply to forum posts.
-
reddit doesn't have this problem - mixed feedback sure, but even the negative is constructive criticisim. Its why they will be 10x more responsive to reddit posts. these forums are just complaining outlets and if they listen to every single complaint (many of which they cannot do anything about) it'll just lead to a broken game
-
It wasn't always like this, bungie's management and conduct led to a very caustic forum base. Most people forget that.
-
Reddit is like 70% fan fiction ideas. Forums are more for feedback and feedback is pretty negative , probably for a reason.
-
Reddit is also somewhat of an echo chamber.
-
More than somewhat.
-
Ehh giving Reddit users the benefit of the doubt since I don’t use the platform
-
Game is already broken.
-
How's it broken?
-
Bugs, balance, rewards system, network connections, etc. etc. etc.
-
Oh I can't wait to see the amount of error codes I get when the new season pops off

Edited by TattooedOni: 3/1/2019 1:17:32 AMThe TWAB already lists Guitars (they’re back!) and Buffalos as the number 1 and 2 known issue. Known since the Last Wish and PC launch respectively.
