I'm sure everyone's seen or played Just Cause, and seen the tether mechanic that game has. You fire a shot at one target, then you fire a shot at another, and they're now linked, and you can pull them together.
One of the Nightstalker trees just got a little bit of an upgrade, but the other tree hasn't really seen much changes. What if that tree had a similar mechanic to Just Cause tethers? You can fire a shadowshot at an enemy, then fire an anchor at a point on the ground, the ceiling, the wall, another target even, and it pulls the lighter target towards the heavier one.
This'd allow for interesting super shutdowns for example, as you could shadowshot an enemy running around (most commonly spectral blades), and then fire an anchor somewhere near your teammates, and pull said spectral in to be killed by your team. It'd only have the one shot, but it'd be a great "tech" style super in which you can use it to control the battlefield a bit more than just laying down an anchor and suppressing some people a couple seconds after it kicks in.
It could also allow for some pretty cool setups for pve as well, if people think about potential uses for it.
