Should they add the old raids in d2???
Idk about you guys but im bored with d2. they need to bring back the old raids or do something. Whos with me??

more so just the boss fight from each raid just like the fanatic of crota in d1 on the dreadnought, maybe make use of the lighthouse that could recreate each raid boss finale encounter, the whole raid would probably be too much but I reckon at this point if it's not already in production it will never happen

8 RepliesInfinite Forest raid. Each boss is a random encounter from a D1 raid. For Example: 3 encounters. 1st would be the death zamboni. 2nd would be templar. 3rd would be Oryx. Parts in between encounters would be in the infinite forest. Boss encounters change every week. Potential to have a glitch in the forest and have two encounters at once or revamped bosses idk.

Literally stop. I’m so -blam!-ing tired of these posts. The old raids are in the past people. They’re there in d1 if you’re so desperate to play them. Bungie needs to stop bringing back old content. They need to create brand new raids or end game content that’s just as good as the old or better, but rather they keep bringing shit back.

No. That is stupid. D1 is D1. I didn't pay hundreds of dollars on the first game to have it come back for free, or for another hundred dollars again. If people didn't play it back then, than go back and play them. Don't -blam!- over original players in the process. And before another sweatsicle comments the old, "how would it hurt new players" rheteric... let me say this: A sequel to a game doesn't deny the existence of the previous one. If no-one played it back then, than go play it. It is cheap, and it is a better game than D2 by almost all major aspects. It is a waste of resources, and is a waste of time that could be used on more meaningful additions and changes(enchancement core system, shit servers, broken weapons and classes, improved methods of reputation farming, etc.) It is like asking Dice to add Battlefield 3 maps into Battlefield 4. Just go play the game it came from.

If they keep adding D1 content, and it looks like they're not gonna stop doing it, at least make it part of a free update. Doesn't matter how much of a hard-on people got for Vog weapons, people will lose their shit if we have to pay for D1 content.

I'd prefer new ones but wouldn't mind some classic raid weapons returning like mythoclast, not the nerfed version, OG version.

4 RepliesDoes Future War Cult have a time machine to send Guardians back in time to do old raids? Time or the story never moves forward if Guardians have to redo old raids to preserve the timeline. It would be better to use the old areas but change the mechanics of each encounter in each raid. Are Guardians stuck in a Vex simulation having to replay the same content over and over again?

Do it as a Age of triumph event, like in D1. Where they add all 4 D1 raids, they update the probably 7 D2 raids
