We’ve seen tabletop games get video game spin-offs (notably Warhammer and DnD) in the past, and we’ll see more of it in the future. I can’t think of too many cases of the opposite happening.
If you’ve got an example or two of that, you’re welcome to mention them. That being said, I’d like to focus on games that could be translated into the tabletop RPG medium, or another type of tabletop game if you can justify it. What’s game you think would work? Got any specific ideas about the system?
Personally, I’d love to see the Endless Universe get a tabletop translation. Being a 4X series, there’s plenty of races to choose from, and a fair amount of specialties different folks can have. Maybe it would work like Starfinder or Eclipse Phase, but simpler.

I'd say Final Fantasy Tactics but you'd have to keep track of character speeds to determine who goes when, which could be a bit of a hassle. [Edit:] Valkyria Chronicles would be another amazing tabletop game. Hell, it could practically go unchanged.
