Destiny 2: Foresaken -- Purchasing Collections, 'Complete' after 'Legendary'
Hello! [b]:)[/b]
So, I got the base game for free as a [i]BlizzCon 2018[/i] reward -- possibly the best part of that [i]BlizzCon[/i] [b]:/[/b] -- and got started this year. Got hooked immediately. [b]<3[/b] Now, I want to get the rest of the content released for [i]Destiny 2[/i]!
But, first, I have a query. If I purchase the [i]Legendary Collection[/i] now, can I upgrade to the [i]Complete Collection[/i] at a later date? And, at that point, would I be charged only the difference in costs, or would I have to pay full price for both?
I would prefer to purchase through [i]Battle.net[/i], since I play via [i]Battle.net[/i]. Is it possible that purchasing through different "stores" ([i]Blizzard[/i]'s [i]Battle.net[/i], [i]Bungie Store[/i], another third-party) would affect whether I pay the difference or full price twice?

If you already own the base game you’d actually be wasting money buying the legendary edition as the legendary edition is the base game, curse of Osiris, Warmind and Forsaken. You only need to buy Forsaken which includes curse of Osiris and Warmind for free. If you later chose to buy the complete collection you’d be buying all the content you already own again but also be getting the Annual pass and awoken set. I’d suggest buying the Forsaken digital deluxe. The deluxe includes curse of Osiris, Warmind, Forsaken, the Annual pass and awoken legend set. All the items you want but in one bundle which does Not include the base game which you already have.
