Hive Rituals P.E. spawning frequency reduced
Did Bungie reduced the Hive Rituals Public Event spawning frequency on purpose since the launch of The Last Word quest??

That one part took me 3 days to complete! And on the third day I got all three, on the first two i got 0 of them.
