Hey all, I've been looking through my collections recently and noticed something that's bothering me. I wanted to contact bungie about it directly but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that as all help links lead here. I purchased the limited edition digital version of d2 back in the day which was supposed to come with the traitors fate sword. Being the nature of the game I sharded it but have wondered about getting it back lately. Despite originally receiving it and having purchased the limited edition version, my collections has the weapon greyed out and won't let me reacquire it. If anyone has any ideas about how to fix this or who to contact please please let me know. It's frustrating to have purchased this content and now not be allowed to access it.
