Powerful Frames not Appearing On Second Character
I just unlocked Izanami forge on my second character, went to Ada to get a Powerful Frame, but she had. Only the silver frames which remained from the frames I had purchased on my first character (the Pulse and the Machine Gun this week).
Is this a bug, or is this intended? Because only 2 chances at Le Monarque a week sounds horrible.

Bugged. Haven’t heard of this specific version of the problem you’re describing, but since launch of Black Armory Ada’s frames have been disappearing for a number of reasons. A word of advice for next week’s reset if you haven’t already heard: don’t carry over any frames as a similar error to the one you’re experiencing right now will occur. If you do end up having a leftover frame, delete it.
