——————Oswald DiMaggio——————
”What? The watch? No it’s not just a watch ya dimwit, it can show me the past and make gates across worlds, it can phone anything and send messages, materialize weapons out of surrounding materials, and even more plus tell the time!” - Oswald, to Unknown
==================================
Personality:
Oswald, a man of.... peculiar taste in the modern sci fi world, dressed in a bowler hat and a slack vest with a simple white work shirt, Oz is the old times brought to a cyberpunk land.
He has a quick wit, a sarcastic chip and a few bricks to chuck as well, a man with the intent to either talk down a fight or instigate one anywhere and at any time. He’s a hard case, a pun in and of itself, with a fashion for a good cigar and a good glass of scotch on a rainy night. Oswald is the kind of guy who likes his eggs sunny side up with a side of lightly crisped toast with some golden hash browns. A man who likes his coffee with heavy cream and a pinch of sugar.
A man who likes the thrill of the hunt.

The Watch:
His main asset and took, Oz’s pocket watch isn’t normal by any means; it can tell time, yes But what it can also do is recreate the past, and show what happened up to 24 hours before the present.
Not only that, but it has the capability to create work holes up to half a galaxy away, giving him the ability to be somewhere one moment, and the next at a bar in a colony world.
To further add to its utility is its ability to construct any known item out of nearby materials, or even hard light. Need a dagger? Need a car? Well the watch can do those both.
The watch itself is connected to a neural link at the base of Oz’s neck, allowing him to communicate freely with the watch to get what he needs done.
