RNG and what it does ~ rare bounty
I've done probably 20 bounties so far without a rare drop, about 100 forges since two days and haven't retrieved it yet. I'm done at this point and wouldn't wonder if many others are as well. Locking content I paid for behind a ridiculous RNG system isn't far from fraud.
So many ways would've been acceptable and not frustrating but Bungie for some reason decided against it.
- Why isn't the Shattered Throne (a one every THREE weeks event) the first step?
- Why isn't the drop rate for that item significant higher or even proportional increasing after each time it doesn't drop?

14 RepliesRemove Shattered Throne completely from Quests. It's a secret activity to get another Exotic called Wish Ender. It has no place in another Exotic Quest not even relating to the weapon. It's just filler. It's like if Last Word had us going back to Io to wait for the Public Event on Friday-Sunday to do the Whisper mission again to collect an Ascendant material after completing it. Makes no sense right? On the other hand the Rare bounty is apart of Black Armory, so I don't have any arguments there because it belongs in the quest.

5 Replies100? I have maybe 45 total completions and have bad 4 of those rare bounties drop. Totally agree RNG should never be a quest step.. but 100.. really?? No exaggeration?

3 RepliesI feel you buddy, i gave up the game now. Farming my ass off to get the last piece of armor for this stupid rare Bounty, but after about 30 armor drops i gave up. Only class items, helmet and arms. Of course not the -blam!-ing boots that i needet. Bungie should stop with that damn rng, it is terrible way of extend the small amount of contet that game have. We are waiting about 6 weeks for this damn box to open but know we are locked behind rng again. -blam!- YOU BUNGO
