Has humanity ventured outside the Solar system?

So have humans ever actually left the Solar system? Cause I know that they've been trying to. For example Exodus Black crew was supposed to visit an exo planet (probably to colonize it) but they crashed on Nessus, one of the dwarf planets in the Kuiper belt. Hell! Even one of the first lines of the original game was "We knew that it was our DESTINY to walk in the light of other stars". So... Did they do it?

  • Yes, Spider comments that there are human space stations outside the solar system and there is a ship which mention going out to the "Belt", bringing in extra-system "tholins" and going to Ross 128 b before the ship systems die, Ross 128b is a earth sized planet 11 light years away. The ship Aeviternal XXII is where you can find the lore tab.

    • <Humanity said to the crew of the Exodus Black, "hey dudes wanna go to Keplar?" and they said "yeah sure". And so they set course... until they were intercepted by the entire planetoid of Nessus. Currently, as stated by Tigerstorm, some Shadows went to a little ice planet. It is not really known if Eternity is in another dimension or in another part of the galaxy. The Wormhole could mean anything but the worst part about being there is the hissing silence. It's not an ice world but it gives ya the wrong feelings.>

      • As far as I know, only Drifter and his original Crew were the only ones to have ventured outside the Solar System. Everyone else though, not so much. They were focused on surviving.
