Powerful Upgrades Dropping Lower than Light Level
Hi,
With this weekly reset, I've done 3 powerful upgrade quests and all 3 gave me 643 despite me having 645 from previous week. Also note that ALL 3 dropped 643. Even if it was a bugged or rng issue on the first one, the next two should've been at least 1 level higher than the first 643. What can I do to fix this?

3 RepliesWhat was your overall power level with your best items on? As looking at your character now and you're 637 so getting a 643 item is still a powerful reward since it's above your overall power level. You now have to hope RNG levels your other items to bring it to the same level as your 645 item.
