The Citadel, and by extension, most of the Dreaming City is in dire need of some performance optimization. I play on a Radeon HD 7850 Graphics Card and i've tuned my setting to ensured that I always have more than 70fps to have smooth gameplay at all times. All of this changes in the Citadel, however, and my framerate dips into the 40s. I play on the lowest preset at 70% render scale(1080p) and I still have to deal with this less than competitive experience. Bungie, please fix.
