Anyone else experience the game stuttering for a split second every couple moments?
Title says it all. I'm running an i7 8700K, RTX 2080, and 32GB GDDR6 with the game on one display at highest settings + 144hz. just odd that the game does this, is there a setting I need to change or do I need to try a fresh install?

I had this issue. Turned out my monitor cable was damaged. Replaced and no more problems

A fresh install won't do anything. It might make it better perhaps, for a few days, but the current problem is there is a memory leak problem.
