#1 When you walk over an orb that had been thrown already and had landed on the floor, you automatically pick it up. That has two effects:
1.1 If you are busy shooting adds and moving around to avoid their fire, you can suddenly end up with an orb in your hands instead of the gun, causing you to die.
1.2 If you are in your super and walk over such an orb, your super ends immediately.
Why the f*ck didn't you simply leave it at having to press the activation key again (or always) to pick upo an orb?
I wonder how much playtesting you losers at Bungie did with this. Probably none.
#2 Seeds from forge bosses
I often go to the Izanami forge to farm modulus reports and seeds. Now that boss has so shitty mechanics and such a ridiculous health pool that it frequently gets killed before spawning over firm ground in the top middle area, where the forge is. Result: Seeds lost.
#3 If you don't damage the final boss (e.g. because you are doing add control and the other two guys melt it in no time), you get no rewards from the forge. WTF?

#1. Throw the orb at the forge and make sure it lands. Throwing it anywhere and expecting it to hit the forge is absurd. #2. Kill the boss over firm ground. #3. Damaging and killing the boss is the purpose of the activity. Ads are there to get in your way. I feel like I explained logic to a 7 years old. Grow up!
