Error code "chard" on PC
Receiving this error code frequently on the Tangled Shore while in a fireteam. No idea exactly what's causing it, as it has now happened in orbit, after killing a dreg, and after inspecting a lore piece. My friend received it once as well while in orbit. Can't find any additional info on it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same thing. I thought it was whenever I did anything involving Eva in the tower. But it was happening when I went down to quest in the EDZ

Same bud. received it 7 times in the past hour or so in the dreaming city. I was playing solo as well with my NAT type set to OPEN, NA servers.
